Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. Customer payments always run through your own Stripe account, so funds settle directly to you and you keep your existing rates and payout schedule. SBM Portal never processes or holds customer payments.
Is payment processing secure?
Yes. All card processing runs through Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. Card numbers never pass through or are stored on SBM Portal servers.
